Compared to Phenylephrine and Xylometazoline, Oxymetazoline (Nazolin Nasal Spray) has a longer duration of action. Since Nazolin (oxymetazoline) has a longer duration of action, it is to be administered less frequently and hence chances of rebound congestion is minimum.
